The Holiday Walk Decorating Competition promotes holiday and community spirit through a friendly decorating competition for trees decorated in Stewart and Rotary Parks as a part of the Holiday Walk.    Citizens and Businesses are encouraged to decorate their sponsored trees to showcase their holiday cheer and creativity.  Vote online for your favorite trees between December 1, 2024 and December 24, 2024 to choose a winner. Winners will be announced on December 29th.

PARTICIPATION:

When you sponsor and decorate a tree as part of the Holiday Walk, you will automatically be entered into the competition! 

 

Categories (winners determined by online voting):​

• Community - a tree that celebrates a sense of community in Laconia 

• Comedy - vote for the tree that made you laugh the most

• Creative - vote for the tree that is decorated in the most unique way  ​

Each tree will have a sign posted to identify the business or individual who sponsored the tree. Online public voting will be open until December 24, 2024 with one vote per person.
